Since September 2019, Sam has been an invaluable member of Rubix, initially joining as a recruiter and consistently progressing within the business. In 2023, Sam took on the role of Divisional Manager – Wind Energy, a new and exciting division for us. This targets Sam to deliver specialist candidates within the Wind Energy industry and servicing clients who have specific requirements.
Coming from a background in insurance, Sam decided to take up the challenge of recruitment and his unmatched dedication and hard work over the years have been instrumental in building Rubix to its current success.
Sam brings an organised and precise approach to both candidates and clients, ensuring that the right people are matched with the appropriate vacancies, placing great importance on the satisfaction of both the individual and the client.
