Gemma is our Partnership Manager, having stepped into the role in 2025 after originally joining Rubix as Marketing & Communications Manager in June 2024. With a strong background in project management, content creation, and sales strategy, she now focuses on building client relationships and driving new business.

Passionate about expos and industry events, Gemma regularly represents Rubix with her trademark enthusiasm and professionalism. Whether she’s networking with industry leaders or showcasing our services, she always leaves a positive impression.

Earlier in her career, Gemma had the unique opportunity to travel the world as an Entertainment Host on a cruise ship – how exciting is that? This adventurous background has shaped her vibrant personality and ability to engage with people from all walks of life.
