We are seeking an Electrical and Fire Contracts Manager on behalf of our client. This role involves overseeing the client portfolio, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and client specifications. The position will focus on meeting service level agreements and internal performance targets, with an emphasis on maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: East London
Requirements:
- Driving licence - Full UK
- NVQ Level 3, 18th edition, AM2, 2391
- ECS Health & Safety Qualified
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- People & budget management
- Project Management experience
