Account Manager
We are seeking a confident and organised Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of domestic gas, electrical, and maintenance contracts. This role is ideal for someone with strong client-facing skills, experience in managing field-based engineers, and a proactive approach to contract performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operational delivery of multiple contracts within the domestic housing sector
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
- Manage a team of engineers and support staff, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved
- Monitor contract performance, prepare reports, and present updates to internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an account/contract management role, ideally within domestic gas, FM, or housing
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with experience dealing with clients at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Good understanding of service delivery, compliance, and performance metrics
