Passive Fire Compliance Surveyor
Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated Passive Fire Compliance Surveyor to join a growing fire safety team in London. You’ll be responsible for assessing fire doors, walls, and ceilings to ensure passive fire safety measures are compliant with the latest legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fire stopping, fire door, and compartmentation surveys
- Record and report non-compliances and recommend remedial actions
- Use compliance software or handheld tools to track inspections
- Provide professional guidance to clients on regulations and safety
Requirements:
- Previous experience in passive fire surveys or fire door inspections
- Understanding of fire safety legislation (e.g. BS 476, ASFP standards)
- Relevant fire qualifications desirable (e.g., BM TRADA, FDIS)
- Full UK driving licence
