Job Title: Electrical Supervisor (Permanent & Subcontracting positions available)
Permanent Roles: £40,000 – £55,000+ per year – Van, Fuel Card, Annual Leave + Company Benefits
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor that has previously managed Electricians in the field working on a variety of electrical systems with an eye for detail, people management and strong compliance track record out in the field.

Experienced Electrical Supervisors would have prior hands on or technical experience across:
- Electrical Maintenance – EICR, remedials, minor works.
- Electrical Repairs and Rewires.
- Testing and Inspection Electricians.
- Installation Electricians.
We have options for you to work across a variety of sectors, such as; social and private housing, commercial properties, and public sector projects. Whether you’re after a permanent position or the flexibility of sub-contracting, we’ve got the role for you…
What You’ll Need:
- A strong background as an Electrician with capabilities and/or recent experience carrying out quality checks and reporting on the electrical systems compliance requirements across the sector.
- Prior field management experience or as a Lead / Technical Electrician helping other electricians and electrical engineers in the field overcome challenges, delivering technical support and brilliant people management skills.
- Electrical Qualifications and experience working independently as an Electrician, Electrical Tester or Installation Electrician.
- Electrical testing 2391 is not mandatory although advantages along with Electricians Gold JIB Card and 18th Edition.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
