Before joining Rubix M&E, Tash worked as a Regional Sales Manager within the supplier industry, where she developed a strong background in relationship management, business development, and customer service. This experience gave her the commercial knowledge and people skills that have transferred seamlessly into recruitment.

Now specialising within the mechanical and electrical sector, Tash is known for her organisation, excellent listening skills, and honest, direct approach. She takes the time to understand both clients’ and candidates’ needs, building strong relationships based on trust, integrity, and clear communication.

Tash believes that great recruitment is about more than simply filling vacancies. She prides herself on delivering a transparent, personable service and finding the right long-term fit for everyone she works with.

Living by the motto, “Be yourself – everyone else is taken,” Tash brings authenticity to every conversation. Outside of work, she once performed on stage in London’s West End – an experience that gave her confidence and a love of performing under pressure.
