The Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Air Source Heat Pump Engineer to seize the opportunity to upskill in the field of Renewables/Heat Pump installations. As part of a team, you'll be responsible for installing low carbon technology in customers' homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps.

Our clients prioritise your growth and development, providing access to diverse training courses to enhance your knowledge and skills. Put your training and experience into action as you take on daily tasks such as commissioning Air Source Heat Pumps, evaluating technical specifications and mechanical drawings, and leading a crew to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

Skills/Qualifications Needed:

  • Experienced plumbing and heating engineer with expertise in heating system design, installation, and fault finding. With distinct comprehensive knowledge of domestic hot and cold water systems.
  • Must have a post-qualification experience within the industry and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in reviewing and challenging technical specifications and mechanical drawings.
  • Heat pump installation experience is desirable but not required (training will be provided)
  • Familiarity with hydraulic systems to design & quality standards - CIBSE & MCS is advantageous
  • Desirable previous experience within an MCS accredited organisation, especially electrical fault finding & multimeter experience
  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing.
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • The following would be advantageous but are not required: WRAS Water Supply Regs, UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems, Gas safe certification, BPEC L3 or equivalent in heat pump installation, F-Gas and Part L Energy Efficiency.
