Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Overview:
We're seeking a Contracts Manager to lead a team overseeing key accounts and managing a high annual revenue range. You'll act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring the successful execution of service contracts and projects while managing budgets and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing expectations and advising on operational budgets and upgrades
- Prepare competitive quotes and develop an in-depth understanding of client sites for accurate and efficient pricing
- Direct small projects, ensuring quality and timeliness, and support larger projects by liaising with Project Managers
- Manage monthly financial reviews, progress claims, and invoicing for timely completion
- Oversee risk assessments and audits to meet SHEQ standards
- Lead a team of managers, engineers, and apprentices
Requirements:
- Technical/engineering background or experience in the Fire & Security industry
- Expertise in large-scale commercial applications, including IP networks
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
