Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and detail-focused Maintenance Service Engineer (Electrical) to assist in the upkeep and management of electrical and building-related systems. You'll play a key role in ensuring that services remain fully operational and comply with relevant standards. The role involves prioritising both reactive and planned preventative maintenance, monitoring system data for reporting purposes, and supporting audit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine and emergency maintenance across building services systems
- Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues swiftly and effectively
- Track and record data from Building Management Systems
- Ensure all documentation is up to date for compliance and audit readiness
- Offer on-site technical support to contractors and internal maintenance teams
Requirements:
- C&G Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of IEE 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- A minimum of three years' experience in building services or maintenance
- Understanding of health & safety standards within building environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
