We’re working with a respected client in the electrical sector who’s looking for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to join their growing team.

About the Role:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you’ll support engineers and electricians across both office and site-based work. You’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard. The role includes supervising works, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring smooth coordination with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineers in delivering high-quality installations
• Manage documentation and coordinate service details from the office
• Oversee site activities, ensuring health & safety compliance
• Mentor and support electricians, maintaining quality standards
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Assist on-site where required
• Prepare and issue quotes for small repair works

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior electrical role
• Strong understanding of health & safety standards
• Great communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ, ECS, etc.)
