Before joining Rubix I worked in recruitment and operations for a personal insurance brokerage, most recently as Recruitment Manager, where I recruited insurance brokers for the business.

I’m at my best on the phone or face to face. I love building relationships, and I like to bring a bit of creativity to how I work. My approach is personal: I take the time to really get to know my clients and understand exactly what they need, because I’m in it for the long haul. I’m proactive, I make the most of my network, and I pride myself on being someone you can rely on to represent your company properly.

Away from work, I have a secret love of classical music and jazz! I love nature and being outdoors, and you’ll often find me at a boujee restaurant with a good glass of wine!
