Christian brings a background in sales and recruitment to Rubix, with experience in both business development and talent acquisition. He previously worked as a Sales Consultant, where he developed strong skills in relationship building, closing deals, and identifying new business opportunities. Alongside this, he spent a year in recruitment specialising in Tech Sales, giving him valuable insight into the fast-paced and competitive technology market.
Through his experience, Christian has developed a well-rounded skill set including cold calling, CRM management, account management and organisation. His sales background enables him to confidently engage with both clients and candidates, while his recruitment experience allows him to understand the technical and commercial requirements needed to successfully place talent within growing businesses.
Known for his proactive and structured approach, Christian focuses on helping candidates understand the different pathways available to them in order to secure their ideal role. He takes pride in offering guidance, sharing industry insight and building strong relationships to ensure candidates feel supported throughout the process.
An interesting fact about Christian is that his Great Uncle managed the Spanish national football team and won the FIFA World Cup, giving him a unique family connection to football history.
