This is Cydney, who came from a background in retail but decided to make the move to recruitment in May 2024, this is when Cydney joined Rubix on our Electrical, Solar & EV team. Being new to recruitment, Cydney was keen to transfer her skills and knowledge in sales and implement them to being a great Delivery Consultant, helping them make the next step in their career.

Cydney is known for being a good listener and always communicating with her candidates, ensuring they are informed of everything they need to be successful. Tied in with a fantastic level of customer service, Cydney is an essential member of the electrical team.
