Daisy joined Rubix in December 2024 as a Delivery Consultant, excited to embark on her new career journey. Though she is relatively new to the recruitment field, Daisy comes with a wealth of transferable skills from her previous role as an account manager for a manufacturing company. In this capacity, she developed her expertise in leadership, organisation, and data analysis, which she now applies to her work in recruitment.

Daisy excels in building strong relationships with candidates, always prioritising excellent customer service. Her communication skills are one of her standout qualities, as she ensures that each candidate feels heard and understood. Daisy is dedicated to tailoring her approach to meet the individual needs of each candidate, establishing trust, and providing consistent support throughout the recruitment process.

In addition to her professional expertise, Daisy’s passion for personal development drives her to constantly improve in all aspects of her life. She actively seeks opportunities to learn and grow.

Outside of work, Daisy enjoys going to the gym and weight training, a great way to unwind and release stress after a busy day!
