Harry is one of the longest-standing members of the Rubix team, having been with us since March 2017. In his role as a Business & Candidate Generation Executive, Harry has played an integral part in supporting the recruitment process by taking on a range of administrative and candidate generation responsibilities. His work involves making full use of our diverse CRM systems and job boards to compile comprehensive lists of potential candidates for each position, ensuring that the team always has access to a wide pool of talent.
Beyond his candidate generation duties, Harry excels in managing a variety of in-house administrative tasks. These include invoicing, CV screening, and providing invaluable support to the recruitment team in various other areas. His ability to juggle these tasks efficiently has made him an indispensable part of the team.
Harry’s strong analytical mindset is a key asset in his role. With valuable expertise in administration, database management, and Excel, along with a sharp eye for detail, he consistently delivers high-quality results.
