Harry is one of the most longstanding members of the Rubix team, having joined in March 2017. As a Business & Candidate Generation Executive, Harry has taken on diverse administrative and candidate generation responsibilities. His role entails utilising our wide range of CRM systems and job boards to compile a comprehensive list of potential candidates for each position.
In addition to candidate generation, Harry efficiently manages various in-house administrative tasks such as invoicing, CV screening, and providing support to the recruitment team.
Harry’s analytical mindset serves him well in his role, and he possesses valuable skills including administration expertise, proficiency in database management and Excel, and a keen eye for detail. These qualities contribute to his success in effectively executing his responsibilities.
