Isaiah, who used to work as a Payroll Officer in the recruitment industry, made the decision to join Rubix in June, right before celebrating his 20th birthday.

He has gained valuable experience in interacting with candidates from various sectors such as Social Care, Education, and Criminal Justice. With excellent communication skills, Isaiah understands the significance of building strong relationships with candidates.

When he’s not working, Isaiah enjoys playing football. Fortunately, he hasn’t experienced any broken bones so far. Let’s hope his streak of good luck continues in the future as well!
