Prior to his role at Rubix, he worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, and also has a background in the NHS, where he served as a Nurse during the COVID pandemic. With three years of recruitment experience, particularly in the Social Housing sector, Jacob offers a strong skill set and a deep understanding of the industry.

Jacob’s key strengths include exceptional organisational abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine passion for delivering high standards of service. Outside of work, Jacob is an avid esports enthusiast and is part of a competitive esports team, having won multiple tournaments. This unique interest reflects his drive and commitment to excellence, both professionally and personally.
