Lilli-Anne started her journey with Rubix in May 2023 and has since gone on to exceed in her role, receiving employee of the month on numerous occasions. She works in our Smart Metering & Building Services team as the Delivery Manager, she is an approachable, understanding person who will empathise with personal situations and work/life balance.

This is Lilli-Anne’s first venture in recruitment as she worked as a Senior Fraud Claims Handler previously but wanted a change after a long career. Recruitment stood out to her as it was challenging but equally rewarding and could provide her with the change she was looking for.

She can offer her candidates a committed approach and is skilled at placing candidates to their dream role in the right company for them.
