Lizzy has been an invaluable member of the Rubix team since November 2021, making significant contributions in her current role as a Delivery Consultant in our Plumbing & Heating team. Throughout her time, Lizzy has consistently demonstrated a diligent and hardworking approach to her role, prioritising the needs of both her candidates and the client. 

When it comes to her candidates, Lizzy is known for her honesty, transparency, and commitment to ensuring they are placed in positions that align with their goals and aspirations. She goes above and beyond to provide support, always being just a phone call away for any assistance they may need. 

Lizzy’s venture into recruitment with Rubix M&E marks a career change from her previous experience in the banking industry. She has genuinely fallen in love with the recruitment industry and the fulfilling career it has provided her aided by the ability to positively impact people’s lives by helping them find their perfect roles.
