At Rubix, Megan takes on the role of Operations Manager, overseeing a range of important responsibilities including contractor payroll, day to day operational support for the business, office management, and various administrative tasks. With a strong background in recruitment spanning seven years, Megan started as an apprentice and worked her way up to become a consultant. Eventually, she made the decision to transition into an administrative role, which ultimately led her to her current position.
Since joining Rubix in October 2022, Megan has played a vital role in the company, successfully implementing new systems and processes that have greatly benefited the entire team. Her organisational skills are exceptional, and she approaches every task with meticulous attention to detail. When it comes to handling contractor payroll, Megan’s care and efficiency shine through.
Megan’s contributions as the Operations Manager have made a significant impact on the company’s operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and supporting the overall success of Rubix.
A sad but interesting fact about Megan is she broke her arm on a Friday 13th, 2 weeks before her 13th birthday. This meant her birthday plans of Go Karting were cancelled! We hope to take Megan Go Karting as a team to rectify the unlucky memories…
