Prior to joining Rubix, Mehnoor worked closely with customers within the automotive sector, supporting commercial vehicle repairs. Her role involved liaising with dealerships and technicians, resolving complaints efficiently, creating client profiles, and maintaining strong communication with customers to ensure the best possible service at all times.

Throughout her career, Mehnoor has developed a strong understanding of customer relationships, organisation, and confidentiality. In previous roles, she also supported the onboarding and mentoring of new starters, helping train colleagues on complex systems and reviewing monthly targets. This experience gave her valuable insight into team support, development, and the importance of creating a positive onboarding experience.

At Rubix, Mehnoor’s key strengths include her excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and care. Her previous experience working with sensitive customer documentation, including passports and driving licences, has given her a thorough understanding of GDPR and the importance of maintaining privacy and trust.
