Since she joined in November 2023, Moneeka has played an important role in the Rubix Family of Delivery Consultant on the Smart Metering & Building Services team. Before joining Rubix, Moneeka served as a Lettings Manager in Property Management, bringing a wealth of sales experience to her current role.

While her background may not be specifically in recruitment, Moneeka emphasises the importance of mental resilience.
