Since joining the Rubix Family in November 2023, Moneeka has become an integral part of the team. Before her time at Rubix, she worked as a Lettings Manager in Property Management, bringing a wealth of sales experience to her current role.

Although her background isn’t specifically in recruitment, Moneeka places a strong emphasis on the importance of mental resilience.
