Rhio, a dedicated and hardworking Manager, has been an integral part of Rubix since February 2023 where she serves as a Delivery Manager in our Electrical Electrical, Solar & EV team. Coming from a background in health and social care, Rhio realised that she wasn’t fully utilising her abilities and sought a new challenge, she started as a Consultant and was then promoted to Delivery Manager in January 2024.

Recruitment caught Rhio’s attention as a field that offered both a challenge and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping individuals find their ideal careers. She possesses valuable skills such as reliability, perseverance, and exceptional communication abilities, which become evident when engaging with potential candidates.
