Prior to joining Rubix, she worked as a Lead Recruitment Manager on a Government contract, spending three years supporting unemployed individuals to return to work by collaborating with local councils and service providers to remove any barriers.

Sadie is known for her friendly, direct, and trustworthy approach, quickly building rapport with both candidates and clients and consistently delivering results. She takes pride in providing a supportive experience that sets her apart from other recruitment agencies.
